Biography
In an industry where your musical creativity becomes your identity, Trae Pierce has gained legendary reputation. All you have to do is browse the Internet and mention Trae's name, and you will soon discover that this man is one of the most prolific producer/bass players to ever fly under the radar. He has flown under the radar in the sense that he has contributed countless riffs, licks and arrangements without receiving the grand stage that normally cornes with the territory. He has worked on over fifty albums and has performed in over twenty-seven countries, but if you think he is unapproachable... think again.
Although his hectic schedule as a member of the Blind Boys of Alabama, keeps him on the move, you'll often find Trae making time to talk with a fan or fellow musician. It is his connection with the common folk that keeps him grounded in a way that is unheard of for a producer of his stature and credibility.
After a month of producing some of the hard hitters in the business, the likes of Corey Clark from American Idol, Daryl Coley, Ronnie diamond Hoard, Cece Peniston, Bizzy Bone and Flava Flav, Trae has now focused his attention on central Florida's newcomers the Sons of Solomon, featured in Gospel Truth Magazine, and Cierra Furlow of Phavor Records.
"I am absolutely astonished at the depth of Trae's abilities. This guy is a musical genius, a prodigy and a phenomenon!" - Phillip King of Phavor Records.
With three Grammies and an Essence award to his credit, there is one more thing on Trae's priority list. By popular demand, Trae will release the long awaited instrumental album featuring the bass guitar. Other notable guest includes K-Ci, Devante, Cece Peniston, Mr. Dalvin, Flava Flav, Cierra Furlow, and many more. For more info contact phillipkingmanagement@yahoo.com .
